Activity
“International Day” is an annual event that has been taken place on Chiao Tung campus since 1996. The purpose of the event is to promote cultural exchange and interaction between local and international students to reach the goal of an inclusive and diverse campus.
This year, the Office of International Affairs gathers international students from both campuses to join “International Day” at Chiao Tung campus to promote integration, interaction and cooperation among international student community.
“International Day” will be held on February 18 with 14 international students’ booths led by students from the following countries, regions and student organizations: Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Sweden, Ukraine, Thailand, Philippines, Palestine, Kingdom of Eswatini, Republic of Somaliland, Caribbean Sea, Overseas Chinese Student Association, International Student Association and Muslim Student Club. On the event day, students will wear their traditional costumes, sell traditional food and cultural artifacts from their countries.
