- Date and time of the parade: February 18, 2023 at 4:00 pm; estimated duration of the parade is 1 hour.
- Gathering for check-in: February 18, 2023 at 3:00–3:50 pm in front of the Information Building (please arrive on time).
- Changing and preparation area: International Conference Hall (B1 of the Library and Information Center) and VIP lounge and dressing room behind the stage of the Auditorium.
- Route of the parade: Information Building→Engineering Buildings 3 & 4→Paths between Engineering Building 4 and Tin Ka-Ping Photonic Building→Scenic Boulevard→Library and Information Center.
- VIP box: the sidewalk between Engineering Building 3 and Information Building; : paths between Engineering Building 4 and Tin Ka-Ping Photonic Building. Each team should demonstrate the theme of the university’s anniversary celebration “change” with chanting, singing, dancing, drama, and music performances when passing through the VIP box and the team performance area.
- On the day of the event, the aforementioned venues will be controlled. In case of rain, an alternate parade route will be announced.
- Each team should prepare its own props and styles and express its characteristics through creative or themed costumes.
- At the end of the parade, teams (one each) with the best style, most creativity, and most eccentricity will be selected through votes. Each winning team will receive a prize of NT$20,000.
